In this course, students will develop workforce relevance through interaction with industry, employability skill building, and reflection on personal and professional growth by completing a Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) experience. This course is an elective that students may choose to take in addition to their other program courses to gain real-world experience. However, it does not replace required WIL courses within a program of study. Examples of Work-Integrated Learning experiences may include applied research projects, service learning, entrepreneurship, internship, and field experience. This course will be done under the collaborative advisement of a faculty supervisor, employer-partner, and the Work-Integrated Learning and Career Education Centre. This course requires departmental consent
