This course explores the essential knowledge that is required to achieve business success within the insurance industry. Learners will begin by looking at professionalism and managing relationships - in general and within a sales environment. Following this, specific insurance products (automobile, property, commercial, and other) will be explored from the perspective of gaining an understanding of their target markets. Commonly available insurance products in the market will also be reviewed in order to gain an understanding of the target markets, what forms are available, and what coverage is provided under them.
