Debriefing is the time immediately following a simulated based experience ( SBE) or virtual experience during which learners reflect, review, and discuss what happened in the scenario with the goal of improving individual and team skills and decisions each participant made during the scenario. This course will cover 4 different models of debrief that fall under the framework of Debriefing with Good Judgment.
In Unit 1: We take a deeper look at the simulation debriefing process and explore the Plus - Delta - Gamma model of debriefing.
