The Essential Life Skills badge encompasses variety of self-awareness and
personal growth activities to help learners identify practices that will develop
personal strengths and build resiliency. This includes practising mindfulness,
meditation, gratitude, and other forms of self-care to support personal
wellness. The goal of this course is to help learners develop self-awareness and
reflection to build individual capacity within and beyond the classroom
