This course prepares learners to begin their journey as a therapy assistant and helps them develop the leadership skills essential to success in their role as a therapy assistant. Learners will find job postings, prepare resum�s and cover letters, and have the opportunity to practise interview skills. They will also reflect on their current level of competency and create plans for future growth and learning.
